Carnival (Pesona Budaya kec. Gondanglegi)
Every 11th November (11/11), we had a carnival in our district. It the biggest one, held once a year.
The carnival was participated all society in this district. Every kampung from many villages, they vigorously competed to show the best performance; compact, unique, beauty, enliveningg. Although it was not real competition, villagers loved to do so.
As a matter of fact, they weren't paid by their effort. The villagers paid to rent costume, make luxurious property and spend their much time rehearsing to dance together. It was wonderful, right? How the villagers have big emotional in terms of neighboring. So I can believe to Sociology that villagers have a group whom unite, eternal, sturdy and lovable.
Back to the carnival, In the carnival, we met a lot of unique things. The situation of Screenplay Movie in street, Glamor, International legend and the most performing; Indonesian cultural.

Yaa those all the carnival in my district (baca aja kecamatan), even it just involved tiny area. But I thought, It's not bad at all for that scope area. It's luxurious, amusing enough for pesta rakyat. Okay, see you next year in Karnaval Pesona Budaya kec. Gondanglegi kab. Malang :)
